In 2008, there was a housing crisis in our region of the world. Cleveland was particularly hard hit. We were hit. I had been in an accident in 2009 and my husband had a major health event.
Our financial situation wasn’t great. We were one of the many families whose mortgage was ‘underwater’. We didn’t lose our home but reall felt the crush.
Being the ‘mommy’, I felt I had to keep my best side out. Keep things bright and shiny for the kids… this is an exploration of our situation during those years.
