Traveling to Guatamala earlier this year was the catalyst for this piece... Women there carry everything from fruits and vegetables to building supplies on top of their heads. The translation for me was so immediate and direct with this image...I seem to carry everything "IN" my head... thusly the title, "On My Mind..."
