Corona Factotum is literally the crown for the one who does everything...In this work I am celebrating the ideals that have guided my journey as a parent. Front and center is Health and Safety, balanced equally by Love, not pictured in this shot... Each setting holds a specific "gem", symbolic of a focus I value dearly in the way that I have been a mother.
I learned to sew in order to make this purple velvet pillow. The process involved in this piece was a lovely journey, arduous, and complicated...not unlike parenting.
